Committed to Reaching the Lost and Hurting
Jesus said, "Those who are well have no need of a physician." (Luke 5:31) Mena First Assembly recognizes the needs of those around us. Through local, national, and international ministries, we strive to reach the lost and hurting. Mena First Assembly actively partners with around 40 missionaries and missions endeavors. We take The Great Commission seriously. Jesus Christ is, and will always be, the answers for the needs of humanity.
Committed to Feeding the Hungry

Jesus said, "For I was hungry and you gave Me nothing to eat..." (Matthew 25:42). Mena First Assembly regularly engages in food ministry in the Mena / Polk County area. With the ministry name, Acts of Love, this ministry provides food monthly to almost 1,000 men, women, and children. Distribution is provided by Drive-thru on the second Thursday of each month from 1 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
(Visit "Our Ministries" page for more information. Acts of Love food pantry institution is an equal opportunity provider.)
Committed to Teaching the Bible
Acts of Love Distribution - Drive-Thru
1 - 5:30 p.m.
"Carefully study to show thyself approved unto God..." Those were the words of the Apostle Paul to young Timothy. Mena First Assembly places the utmost premium upon the study of the Word. Sunday School, Kids Church, Youth, Bible Studies, Preaching...we believe that the Bible must be studied and taught.
